¨ Mentor internal Proposal teams with reviews, organization, library development, template development, and other issues as they arrive

¨ Advise Operational teams on methods of Organic Growth
Capture builds on previous efforts and continues through to proposal release. Capture teams should be involved in initial reviews (through Red Team) to ensure all aspects are correctly conveyed.
¨ Build teams around focused opportunities identified by BD efforts
· Our goal is to build a Top-3 team that on paper covers all the needs of the client, and has client presence either through the prime or core team members.
¨ Utilize work-share as a tool and preserve company work share by conservative information release
